We Can’t Wait to Help You Get Started!

Dr. Anderson and the rest of the team at our Laguna Niguel dental office are excited to welcome you! Before your first appointment, make sure that you have reviewed all of the information on this page and have made the necessary arrangements. It should cover all of the basics, but if there’s anything else you want to know or if you want to make additional arrangements, please give us a call so that we can help.

Your First Visit

We’ll greet you with a smile, collect your forms, and escort your back to our treatment area. The initial examination will include taking X-rays of your mouth as well as a discussion of any oral health problems that you’ve noticed as of late. Dr. Anderson will go over any issues that we find and explain what the best treatment options moving forward are. You’ll be given the chance to ask as many questions as you want so that you understand exactly what’s going on.

New Patient Forms

Not looking forward to having to navigate through a lot of paperwork in our waiting room? You can print out the forms you need right now using the links below! You can fill them out on your own time so that they’re ready to be handed directly to our front desk staff as soon as you arrive. If you can’t access our forms or have a question about how to complete them, let us know immediately so that we can address the problem.

Dental Insurance

Our dental office is in-network with Delta Dental insurance, so any patients under this plan can enjoy greater discounts off our services. That said, we are a generally dental insurance friendly dental office, and we can take a number of out of network providers as well. When scheduling an appointment at our dental office, one of the first things you should do is contact our dental office in order to confirm whether we accept your plan. Our team can answer additional insurance questions at the time of your call.

Dental Warranty

Dr. Anderson offers a written warranty for restorative procedures. Fillings are covered for 3 years, and crowns, dentures, and implants are covered for 5 years. He will repair or replace your restoration/prosthetic within that timeframe. In most cases, these treatments are able to last much longer, but Dr. Anderson understands that things don’t always go to plan, which is why he’s more than happy to offer this extra level of assuredness.

Financing Available

Dental financing lets you pay back the cost of any dental treatment in monthly installments instead of all at once. Our dental office works with multiple services, and there are several plans to choose from, all of which are low-to-no-interest. Just review the available options and pick the one that best suits your current budget.
